Instructions for authors

In general, papers and presentations for the workshop are invitation-based. However, the International Standing Committee will consider all abstracts submitted. If you are interested in presenting a paper please send an abstract.

The work submitted for presentation should be original, with clearly defined assumptions and evaluation of any uncertainty in the conclusions.

In the first instance, prospective authors should upload at the Conference web site their submitted abstracts before the deadline shown in the "Main Dates" page.

Abstracts should have length of approximately 500 words and must indicate clearly the addressed conference topic, the objectives and the methodology, with a summary of the key results and one or two main references.

Each submitted abstract should include authors’ names with their affiliations. The corresponding author should be specified and his full postal address, email, telephone and fax numbers should be provided.

Provisional acceptance of papers will be made on the basis of the abstracts. However, the final acceptance will be decided after consideration of the full-length paper.

Each submitted abstract and paper will be reviewed by at least two experts in accordance with the standard academic peer review. A fully electronic submission and review system will be applied.

The official language of the Conference is English. All abstracts and full-length papers must be submitted in English and in the specified paper format.
